OTHER INFORMATION

Warning: International Calls and Roaming are barred by default on all connected services and available to credit approved customers on request with $200 advance fee. International Roaming is very expensive for all types of calls messaging and data. If you are concerned about the cost of International Roaming, you should not enable this service and enquire about a local service in the country in which you are travelling. Customers who use International Roaming should be particularly careful about data roaming costs. Unless required, you should ensure data roaming is not enabled in your handset. International Roaming call charges normally take much longer to appear in your account. You should carefully monitor your usage to avoid high bills.

Mobile Calls and Texts: You get unlimited* standard national calls to mobiles and landlines from within Australia. You get unlimited*standard national SMS and MMS to mobiles from within Australia. Any unused credit or data will expire each month at the end of your billing cycle. The offer is valid for personal service and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

DATA Barring: SUPERFONE has developed a barring system to assist you in managing the cost of your bills. This service is not guaranteed due to a 48-72 hours delay in call records. SUPERFONE will send you a courtesy SMS advising you of your usage when it has reached 50% 80% and 100% of your Monthly limit. Once you have exceeded 100% of your inclusions, the bar may be placed on your service. Should your account be barred due to overspend, you will need to contact our customer service department as soon as barring occurs to make a payment to unbar your account.

Data Usage: Data will be counted in 1MB increments after you have used your included data allowance, each MB of data will cost 3¢.

Disconnection will not be Pro-Rata, will be charged full month line rental

Monthly Payment: Superfone will debit your monthly bill on the due date 15th of every month from your nominated account. In case the payment is dishonored the payment will be automatically re-scheduled on 26th of that month for all nonpayment accounts

Cooling OFF Period: You have a right to cancel this Agreement within 10 Business Days from and including the day after you signed or received this Agreement document.

Service Suspension and Cancellation for NON Payment: If your account is overdue by more than 30 days of bill issued Superfone reserve the right to cancel or suspend your service and to charge that outstanding amount without any further information. Once the service will be disconnected cannot be re-connected.

Superfone Fair Use Policy: Superfone Fair Use Policy refers to ‘unreasonable’ or ‘excessive’ use of your service. For the more information refer to our website: www.superfone.net.au
